Terms and Conditions
Pink Birds Airport Parking & Storage Services
These Terms and Conditions apply to all parking, storage, membership, and booking services provided by Pink Birds Systems Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 690 030 123) trading as Pink Birds.
1. Membership-Based Services
1.1 Pink Birds operates on a membership-based model.
1.2 All memberships are 12-month memberships, commencing on the date of purchase.
1.3 Memberships are non-transferable and are issued to the named member only.
1.4 Foundation Memberships are strictly limited to the first 1,000 members only.
2. Free Parking Days & Discounts
2.1 Free parking days (30, 60, or 120 days depending on membership tier) may be used:
- On any days
- At any time
- Within the member’s 12-month membership period
2.2 Unused free parking days expire at the end of the membership term and are not refundable or transferable.
2.3 Members receive 20% off all additional Pink Birds parking during their active 12-month membership.
3. Pricing, Value & Refunds
3.1 Foundation Membership pricing reflects approximately 40% off standard retail pricing.
3.2 All prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.
3.4 Where applicable and at our discretion, a store credit or coupon may be issued for use on future Pink Birds travel dates only.
4. Risk, Liability & Missed Flights
4.1 Vehicles are parked at the customer’s own risk.
4.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Birds is not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or contents
- Injury or death occurring within the facility
- Missed flights or travel disruptions
4.3 It is the traveller’s responsibility to:
- Arrive at Pink Birds with sufficient time to meet airline check-in requirements
- Allow for transfer time, traffic, and airport security processes
4.4 Pink Birds accepts no responsibility for missed flights, regardless of cause.
5. Valet Parking & Vehicle Keys
5.1 All vehicles are valet parked.
5.2 Customers must leave their keys with Pink Birds staff so vehicles can be safely parked, moved, and managed within the facility.
5.3 Vehicles are parked undercover using a valet and robotic parking system.
6. Vehicle Specifications
6.1 Pink Birds can accommodate vehicles up to 6 tonnes, including large SUVs and light trucks.
6.2 Customers must notify Pink Birds in advance if their vehicle exceeds standard dimensions.
6.3 Pink Birds reserves the right to refuse vehicles that exceed facility limits.
7. Booking Conditions
7.1 Bookings are non-transferable.
7.2 A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation email or SMS has been issued.
7.3 Membership IDs are issued within 24 hours of purchase. Customers are responsible for checking spam or junk folders.
7.4 Parking bookings will only be available once bookings officially open (currently scheduled for 1 March, or 1 April if construction is delayed).
8. Cancellations, Amendments & Overstays
8.1 Bookings may be amended or cancelled in accordance with the terms displayed at the time of booking.
8.2 No refunds are provided for early returns or unused booked time.
8.3 Overstays will incur additional charges at standard rates.
8.4 Where cancellation credits are permitted, store credit only will be issued.
9. Shuttle & Transfer Services
9.1 Airport transfer services are provided as part of the Pink Birds experience but are not guaranteed.
9.2 Transfer availability may vary based on demand, traffic, and operational requirements.
9.3 Pink Birds is not liable for missed flights relating to shuttle or transfer timing.
10. External Car Wash Vouchers
10.1 Car wash vouchers included with memberships are:
- External wash only
- Redeemable at Hoppy’s Hand Wash
- Valid during the membership period
10.2 Vouchers have no cash value and are non-refundable.
11. Indemnity
11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pink Birds from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your use of the facility
- Your vehicle
- Your conduct
12. Vehicle Access
12.1 You authorise Pink Birds to grant access to your vehicle to:
- You, or
- Any person presenting reasonable proof of authority or ownership
12.2 Pink Birds is not liable for consequences arising from such access.
13. Availability & Operational Changes
13.1 Parking availability is not guaranteed.
13.2 Pink Birds reserves the right to:
- Limit bookings
- Adjust availability
- Cancel bookings where necessary
13.3 Where Pink Birds cancels a booking, a store credit may be issued.
14. Personal Information
14.1 Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14.2 Marketing communications will only be sent where consent has been provided.
15. Intellectual Property
15.1 All content, trademarks, branding, and materials remain the property of Pink Birds or related entities.
15.2 No content may be reproduced without written permission.
16. Governing Law
16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
16.2 Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

Refers to Pink Birds Systems Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 690 030 123), trading as Pink Birds.
You / Your / Vehicle
Refers to the customer and the vehicle parked at the facility.
24 Hours
A parking day commencing at 12:01am and ending at 11:59pm.
