How Membership & Booking Works
1. Join the Pink Birds FIFO Flock
Choose your foundation membership and complete payment online
2. Receive Your Member ID
You’ll receive your Pink Birds Member ID within 24 hours via email. (Please check your spam/junk folder.)
3. Book Parking When Open
Once bookings open from 1 March (or 1 April if delayed), use your Member ID to:
- Book your free parking days
- Access discounted parking rates

Parking bookings will open from 1 March (or 1 April if construction is delayed).
Once you receive your Pink Birds Member ID (sent within 24 hours of purchase), you’ll be able to book parking as soon as bookings open.
Each membership includes 30, 60, or 120 free parking days, depending on your tier.
- These are any days, not fixed dates
- They can be used at any time during your 12-month membership
- You choose when to use them throughout the year
Yes. Pink Birds is offering 1,000 Foundation FIFO Memberships only.
Once the first 1,000 memberships are sold, Foundation pricing and benefits will close.
Yes. Every vehicle is parked undercover in our secure facility.
Your vehicle is protected from weather, sun, and the elements for the entire duration of your stay.
All parking is valet parked.
Simply drive in, hand your keys to our team, and go. Vehicles are professionally parked using our robotic valet system.
This is a true drop & run service designed for FIFO travel.
Yes. Keys must be left with Pink Birds staff so we can safely valet park your vehicle and manage movements within our secure facility.
Pink Birds provides airport transfers as part of the parking experience.
Transfer priority and access depend on your membership tier. Our service is designed to align with FIFO schedules and peak travel times.
We understand FIFO schedules change.
If your flight changes, simply update your booking online or notify our team as soon as possible so we can assist where available.
Pink Birds is not liable for missed flights.
It is the responsibility of the traveller to:
- Arrive at Pink Birds with sufficient time before airline check-in
- Allow for transfer time and airport security requirements
We strongly recommend arriving early, especially during peak FIFO travel periods.
No. Cash refunds are not available.
If eligible, a coupon or store credit may be issued for use on future Pink Birds travel in accordance with our terms and conditions.
No. Memberships and bookings are non-transferable and are linked to the registered member.
We can accommodate vehicles up to 6 tonnes, including:
- Large SUVs
- Dual cabs
- Light trucks
If you are unsure, please contact us prior to booking.
Yes. Car wash vouchers are included with selected memberships.
- Vouchers are external wash only
- Redeemable at Hoppy’s Hand Wash

Yes. All memberships include 20% off all additional Pink Birds parking during your 12-month membership period.
